If you received the wrong product or a damaged item, we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with a photo of the issue and your order number.
We do not refund shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged product). Express shipping upgrades are non-refundable.
Wholesale and bulk orders (carton quantities) are not covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee unless the products are defective or damaged on arrival. Please inspect all wholesale orders within 7 days of receipt and report any issues immediately.
